Vivek Iyyani is the CEO and Founder of YOU Training & Development, a leading

As one of the top professional speakers and trainers in our region today, he is highly sought after as a millennial coach. He is the Author of “Empowering Millennials: A 5-Step Sequence to design a life of Fun, Freedom and Fortune”
To date, Vivek has addressed more than 25,000 men and women on the subject of leadership, motivation and peak performance. He has given more than five hundred talks and seminars over a decade in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and India.
Recognised as a Millennial expert, Vivek has also been regularly featured on regional media such as The Asian Entrepreneur, Vasantham Central and
magazines from the Singapore Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) and Singapore Indian Association (SINDA).
Phyllis Yap | Head, CARETITUDE (A division of CTES Consulting Pte Ltd)
Phyllis has a passion in helping students and professionals work towards securing and fulfilling their career aspirations. Over the years, she has coached and created value by providing guidance on the full spectrum of activities surrounding job search such as resume writing, interview skills, use of social media, and power dressing, so candidates can present their best selves in their search for a new job. Aside from equipping skills, she also partakes in career counselling and stretching action plans step by step to attain career goals. Phyllis has received various testimonials from those who have seen tangible and positive outcomes with her.

​Having worked for years in CTES Consulting, a Consulting, Training and Executive Search firm, she also has extensive experience in understanding the needs and requirements of her clients, both multi-national companies and small medium enterprises, on a regional and local level. Given her in-depth understanding of evolving business requirements and landscapes, Phyllis provides a holistic overview when it comes to job search, not just from the candidates’ perspective, but also from the employers’ point of view. Watching those whom she has worked with blossom in their career is one of her proudest achievements.

Solomon Chua | Counsellor, PSB Academy
Solomon Chua is a trainer and a counsellor, having begun his career conducting workshops centred around Mental Wellness and Psychology to various agencies and companies, such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs, Shell Eastern Petroleum, Discovery Network, and Cycle & Carriage amongst many others.
Throughout the course of his training work which also took him overseas where his sharing of the various facets of Mental Well-being impacted the lives of hundreds of participants in both Singapore and China, he quickly found his calling and meaning in counselling and working together with his clients to reach their desired goals in life.
​
Being specially selected by the Singapore Armed Forces to be trained in Neuro-Linguistics Programming which kick-started his zest for helping people find a purpose in their lives, Solomon blends his real-world life lessons together with the knowledge gleaned from Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Masters of Counselling. This approach gives him a unique insight into the human psyche and allows him to connect with and impact the lives of the people that he meets.
At the present moment, Solomon is a counsellor with PSB Academy and works together with his students as they begin their journey towards the next stages of their lives.
Jessica Huang | Specialist (Human Resources), PSB Academy
Jessica Huang is currently a Human Resource Practitioner, and Specialist in Corporate Training and Development with PSB Academy.
Equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree, Jessica has garnered a decade’s worth of practical experience in areas covering Human Resource and Training Management across diverse industries including non-for-profit organisations and MNCs.
She has also successfully completed a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), which helps her gain the right proficiency for course preparation and training facilitation.
True to her passion in helping others develop core skillsets for success, Jessica is an advocate of lifelong learning, which she believes is an important factor in staying relevant in today’s rapidly evolving world.

Ana is a sought after beauty expert who specialises in workshops on Skin Care and Makeup for working professionals, as well as open classes for the general public and she can be often seen in roadshows and beauty talks (by invitation only).

This Fair is catered to PSB Academy graduating students, Fresh Graduates and alumni from various disciplines:

What is the dress code for this event?
Office wear is recommended. Dress appropriately as you would for a job interview. Strictly no casual wear (E.g. t-shirts, shorts, slippers etc.)

Can i bring my resume along for the Fair?
​
Yes, please remember to bring along copies of your resume. Employers will be able to view your resume on the spot should they decide to do an on-site interview and keep it for future reference.
​
I am interested in attending a career coaching session during the Fair. What are the time slots available?
​
There are career coaches whom you could meet and you will be given 15 minutes for each session. You may walk in to any of their booths at classroom A11:
